Meet Our President
Simon H. Jackson, CCC
Simon H. Jackson is a Certified Cost Engineer and the founder and President of EliteCorps Enterprises LLC. With over 25 years of experience in cost engineering, Simon has served in senior roles at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Jacksonville District, the Smithsonian Institution, and Jacobs, among others. His expertise spans complex civil works projects, military construction, claims analysis, risk analysis, and contractor negotiations. Simon has also supported emergency operations including Hurricane Sandy relief efforts and Alabama tornado response. He founded EliteCorps in 2022 with a commitment to delivering prompt, accurate, and comprehensive cost engineering services to both federal and private clients.
